GINGER - warming and stimulating, ginger is known to facilitate digestion and calm feelings of nausea.

THYME - generally thought to be good for preventing infection, boosting the immune system, aiding sleep and help in the healing of respiratory conditions.

​

STEVIA - a member of the Asteraceae (daisy) family. Stevia has been used in South America as a natural sweetener for centuries. It is calorie free, does not disrupt blood sugar levels and can help control sugar cravings.

​

ROSEMARY - the positive properties of rosemary are many and far reaching. When drunk in tea form it is said to improve digestion and circulation as well as aid memory.

LEMONGRASS - is believed to have a range of healing properties and is full of antioxidants. It is said to aid digestion, help regulate blood pressure, boost metabolism, relieve menstrual pain and is helpful in treating colds and flu

​

CINNAMON - Cinnamon is warming and is understood to stimulate the digestive tract. It is also known to be a natural breath freshener and can help in the treatment of colds, coughs and sore throats. Also used when low blood pressure, poor appetite and rheumatism are present

LEMON VERBENA- Used as a digestive aid and generally thought to be a calming herb so is thought to be good for stress and nervousness

CHAMOMILE - A gentle relaxant and a natural sedative chamomile is best known for its ability to calm and soothe and is often used as an aid for a restful night's sleep.

LAVENDER- when used in a tea lavender can help to induce sleep and promote relaxation as well as help with digestive issues such as vomiting, nausea or stomach upset.

LEMON BALM - Said to be excellent for calming the nerves and as a mood booster especially if anxious. 

​

PEPPERMINT - is known to be a natural breath freshener, help improve digestion and aid concentration.
